ONYX | A new way to use, stabilize and protect your camera

If you have kept up with these blogs then you would know that I have done a lot of these posts around camera gimbals but if you have ever wanted a camera gimbal that could also protect your camera then this one might be for you. How this product works is just like other gimbals in the sense that it has 3- axis rotation however this one has a protected outer shell made out of titanium that is able to protect your camera. How they are able to design it like this is that they have used industrial 3D printers that are able to take the rods of titanium and turn it into this product. This product has some extra features that are very interesting such as the axis lock so that you can get it to stay still in one direction, it is also extremely light weight to that you can move with it easily and the list goes on with what this product can do. This product was designed by a team of product designers and such that wanted to design a product that you could have still camera work and could protect your camera.

Their is always risks and challenges with any new technology because the companies always are trying to improve the product before it makes it to the customers. The first risk or challenge is the fact that they are working with a manufacturer from New Zealand and they are trying to come up with the trial versions to test out any bugs and other problems. the second risk or challenge is that they are working to create their own components so that they will be unable to make sure that everything will be able to flow well without problems.
